Aleksandra specializes in:
- advice related to the conclusion and termination of contracts (employment contracts and civil law contracts) and conducting group layoffs
- advice on the creation and implementation of internal labor law (work regulations, remuneration regulations, bonus regulations, company social benefits fund regulations and others)
- Representing employers and employees in court proceedings
- Social insurance counselling
- issues related to the functioning of research institutes
Aleksandra has gained experience providing comprehensive legal assistance to companies from IT, real estate, manufacturing and construction sectors, as well as through cooperation with law firms in Warsaw.
On a daily basis she cooperates with employers assisting them in the ongoing management of employment processes, supporting them in the recruitment process, but also in terminating contracts and resolving social security issues. Moreover, she supports employers at every stage of transition of a company or its part.
Aleksandra graduated from the University of Gdansk. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She speaks Polish and English.
